Studio Terms of Service ⚖️

1. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order and initiating a commission, the client automatically agrees to all terms outlined below. It is the client's responsibility to read and understand these terms prior to payment.

2. Payment Policy: Full payment is required upfront or via a 50% deposit before the design process begins. If a deposit is chosen, the remaining balance must be cleared before the final, unwatermarked high-resolution files are delivered.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights: The client is granted a perpetual license to use the final graphics for their Roblox experiences, social media, or branding. Surf GFX retains the rights to showcase all commissioned work in portfolios, social channels, and promotional materials. The client may not claim credit for the artwork itself.

4. Revisions & Modifications: The commission fee includes up to three (3) rounds of minor adjustments (color tweaks, small positioning changes) during the draft phase. Any major revisions requested after final delivery, or modifications that deviate significantly from the original brief, will incur an additional fee.

5. Turnaround & Delivery: Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on current queue depth and complexity. Any requested deadlines must be disclosed and agreed upon prior to payment.

6. Refund Policy: Refunds are eligible for a 100% return only if work has not yet commenced. Once modeling, rendering, or custom typography design has begun, payments are non-refundable. All sales are final upon delivery of the unwatermarked files.
